We only select beef which has been slow grown, the proper way, on pasture. We select native breeds and dry age for a minimum of 30 days.
Delivery Instructions:
Orders will be freshly prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase Monday - Wednesday.
Collections are available 6 days per week from our Bristol restaurant.
