Giant Porterhouse glazed and aged to Pasture specification. A juicy sirloin on one side and a flavoursome fillet separated by the T-bone on the other side. The Porterhouse Steak is Pasture's favourite and is ideal for sharing.
Pasture beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 45-days, all pasture-raised & sustainably sourced from independent farmers in Wales & The South West.
Best when shared between 2/3 people.
