We only select beef which has been slow grown, the proper way, on pasture. We select native breeds and dry age for a minimum of 35 days.

***Festive Period Notice:
During the festive season, orders will be available for collection exclusively from Pasture Bristol. DPD delivery services will resume on 7th January.
Delivery Instructions:
Orders will be freshly prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase Monday - Wednesday.
Collections are available 6 days per week from our Bristol restaurant.
